I remember when I was 10 years old, I received a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) for Christmas. I was ecstatic, eagerly ripping open the box and setting it up. Starting up Super Mario Bros. for the first time, on my fathers giant floor model TV, is a moment that has stuck with me my entire life. 

 

Another memory of that point in time was learning about frustration. I would get stuck time and again on various levels, expecting pixel perfect jumps or well timed out movement. Super Mario Bros. taught me about frustration, patience, and pride of achievement.

My point is, we all get stuck on a "level" sometimes.

 

Sometimes that "level" is about our feelings, emotions or overall worldview that we are just not happy with. We just don't feel in harmony with the world around us. Other times, its more clear cut and we have a goal we want to achieve but we just seem to be stuck. Most times, it's a combination of both.

You can do amazing things. You have it in you. By employing a combination of emotional intelligence, an understanding of you as a whole person and clearly outlining the "level" you want to "beat", we can win together.
